If I book two rooms, can I request accommodations on the first floor?

Room availability on the first floor depends on the reservation dates. While an effort will be made to fulfill your request, it cannot be guaranteed. Also, please note that a steep set of stairs leads to the reception area.
Are there any transportation options available from Amsterdam Airport to the hotel?

A hotel shuttle is available from the airport for 19.00 Euro per person, taking approximately 45 minutes to reach the hotel. Alternatively, a taxi to the city center costs around 45 to 50 Euro and takes about 20 minutes.
Can I check in at 11 PM? Also, am I able to store my luggage on the day of departure until 2 PM?
